Site plan/survey showing location of project.
Height, materials, colors & decorative gate design.
Brochure or pictures of exact or similar project are helpful.
Double check the following:
Sharing fences with neighbors when placed directly on the property line.
Being able to properly maintain both sides of fence. Consider placing off of exact property line to fulfill maintenance requirements.
