Hello Neighbors.
The community will have our 1st, and hopefully an annual SUMMIT ESTATES AT FISCHER NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE.
- Dates: October 21st & 22nd
- Times: 8:00am to 2:00pm each day
- Gates: Locked open during those times
- Sales: At individual homes
- Signs can be at the end of driveways
- Block Captains can post signs at the intersections like, “Garage Sale Ahead” or, “Garage Sale This Way” if they want. All signs must be removed by 3:00pm each day.
- We’re planning to make a nice “Neighborhood Garage Sale” sign that will be posted outside the gates on Fischer Store Road

- Everything Canyon Lake
- Summit Estates North (pending)
- Legend’s Subdivision
- Mystic Shores (pending)
Please contact your Block Captains if you have questions.
It’s time to empty those attics, garages, sheds, barns and storage units! Lots of work, lots of fun, and hopefully lots of cash!
